Hello Club Directors, With events scheduled for this upcoming weekend, we have begun receiving calls and emails regarding potential weather concerns. To ensure consistent and timely communication, please make sure that all weather-related updates are posted on your website and distributed directly to all your teams participating in any tournament. Please be aware that concerned parents may contact their Club Directors and coaches. Club Directors may then reach out to the Tournament Director. We will advise all parties to use their best judgment regarding travel and participation. If teams or individuals do not feel it is safe to travel, they should remain at home and notify their coach and director accordingly. Additionally, please communicate to all teams that weather-related team drops may occur, and as a result, schedules should be considered fluid until match play begins. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued efforts to prioritize safety and clear communication.
